Our own carpenters
Our in-house team builds the joinery, framing and fit-off. Licensed plumbers, electricians and tilers we’ve worked with for years handle the rest.
Waterproofing we photograph
Every wet area is membraned to AS 3740 and flood-tested. Before the tiles go on, we send you photos of each layer.

A free visit at your home. We measure up, talk budget honestly and look at what’s behind the walls.
Plans & fixed quote
3D concept drawings, a finishes schedule and an itemised fixed price, usually within 10 days.
The build
A start date you can plan around, a weekly update every Friday, and a site that’s left tidy every day.
Handover
A walkthrough, your warranty pack, and a check-in visit at three months to make sure everything’s still right.
